Mr. Bob and I are on our "Grand Tour" around the US.  Last night we SKPE'd you from Uncle Dale's.  You got to see him, Aunt Donna and your cousins.

Andrew's 5th Birthday Party

Yesterday was Andrew's 5th birthday and party. Here's a photo of you and your dad and you and Andrew on the "King" chair. I think you and your dad had more fun sliding and jumping than anyone else.

It's the last time I will be seeing you for a couple of months. Mr. Bob and I are on a "Grand Tour" of the United States in his plane. I will miss you a lot and am sure by the time I see you again you will have grown at least 10 inches and will have lost at least a couple of teeth. However, I will call/see you on SKYPE!!

Because Mr. Bob went to El Fuerte, Mexico to take some doctors to the Clinic there and I was home alone, your mother decided she, you and your brother would come over to keep me company.

We swam in the pool and I taught you and Andrew how to use a snorkel. You're not quite ready to go under water and blow out the snorkel yet, but it will happen.

You dad came over and I took a photo of him getting some rays and one of you and him in the pool. He also held you up to take a look the the little chicks in the bird nest that is on our patio. Momy and Daddy were flying in all the time to feed their little ones.

You and your brother played musical beds. Friday night Andrew slept with me and you left my and went to the JR. Suite. Saturday night you slept with me. You wanted me to wake you up when I got up, but you were out of it. I took this photo because you looked like an angel.

Memorial Day

You and your family came over for a Memorial Day BBQ. We had lots of fun swimming. You and Andrew loved jumping into the inflated rings. Finally I decided I could do it with each leg in a tube. And.......I did it. Not bad for a 65 year old!!! We also had a nest on the patio and the mommy and daddy birds keep flying in to take care of their two little chicks.

Andrew was planning on staying overnight, but it turned out that he got homesick and your dad had to pick him up at 9:00 that night. I called the next day to see how he was and it turned out that your mother had nothing planned for the day so she brought both of you over to go to CrackerJax, but they were closed for a private party, so we went shopping and to lunch. At Walmart we bought blowups for the pool and I had you look in one of their mirrors with me and said "Look in the mirror and what do you see? Me looking at you and you looking at me!"

Back at the house your mother blew up the innertubs and we played in the pool. I put you on the tube and spun you around like the tea cups at Disneyland.
